Summary

Good mechanical and cosmetic condition. Performed well on the road test and through every system check. The centre console armrest leather is damaged and the cabin needs cleaning. Coming up: rear tires at 4/32 in, wiper blades, the engine air filter. Also noted: the lower tailgate works intermittently, washer fluid is low, the wheels have curb rash, and the windows make a slight rubbing noise.

  1. Road test

    Good

    Pulls strongly across the rev range, shifts cleanly, tracks straight, brakes without pulling. Pads 10 mm front and rear.

  2. Exterior and paint

    Good

    Factory paint on every panel, all within spec. Minor scratching on the driver's door, two stone chips on the hood.

  3. Under the hood

    Fair

    Oil clean and at level, no leaks, hoses and belts good. Engine air filter dirty, replace soon. Washer fluid low.

  4. Electrical

    Fair

    Battery passed, test attached. A/C blowing at -8°C. Wiper blades chattering, replace.

  5. Interior

    Poor

    Centre armrest leather damaged. Cabin needs cleaning. Windows rub slightly on the way up but work.

  6. Bumper to bumper

    Rear tires at 4/32 in, replacement soon; fronts at 6/32 in. Curb rash on the wheels. Lower tailgate works intermittently.

    No play in the tie rods, ball joints, control arms or bearings. Struts dry, ride height in spec.
